Happy Food Revolution Day 2015, Everyone. A big Merci Mille Fois to Mardi for keeping us involved in this worthwhile celebration. I admire her dedication to this worthy worldwide cause. It was eye-opening to write this post, researching and reading Jamie’s website. I am glad I participated again this year. Thank you all for participating also.

To counter all you Doristas who no doubt will be teaching kids how to make cookies and cakes I chose to feature “en papillote”, one of the first ‘techniques’ I ever learned.

No cookies and cakes for us but a lesson about Mother Nature, wild herbs and a wonderful Wild Garlic & Ham Quiche – our kind of Food Revolution Day.
