      Well ladies, it’s looking like Spring at your houses! :) Nana, I didnt use lemon either, since I didnt have one on hand and it would have zipped up the flavor a bit, something I missed and didn’t miss all at the same time :)

    Wheez…I am back after having missed out a few FFWD. Am back and this is such a wonderful dish that I will definitely make it again…the bacons and onions …awesome…so simple yet so delicious. Happy Easter to all :)

    Love asparagus – still catching up on the past three weeks of reading and cooking. March was crazy – 2 weeks of tennis, followed by a week of El Paseo Fashion Week & Palm Desert Food & Wine Festival, and a journey to St. George, Utah to Red Mountain Resort.

    Can’t wait to catch up on my reading – what I’ve read so far has been terrific!
