I am going to make this next week for an hors d’oeuvre before a dinner party. Therefore I am looking forward to all of your worthy posts & suggestions!

I made garlic herb cheese & tzatziki from Dorie’s cookbook. Both perfect summer hors d’oeuvres! :-)

I cannot figure out how to comment on your Blog but I loved the fact you made both the garlic herb cheese and the tzetziki and could compare it for us.

        I love them both!
I’m using a blog site from Taiwan. There is a comment column at the bottom of the article~ :)

I don’t know if my comments are going through on your post, but I enjoyed seeing your creative comparison. I’m clicking on something, but I don’t know if I’m hitting the right button.

Which is the “submit” button at the bottom (right or left?). I wrote a comment, but don’t know if I hit the correct one (I don’t know if you’re moderating comments or not either). But I love your site, and it’s great, and I’ll get it figured out. Your dishes look delicious, and your photos are fabulous!!!

Even with all the flavorful herbs, garlic, etc., I had to work at getting enough great flavor into the ricotta cheese. I’m interested to see what you all have done.

Since your comments are closed, I’ll just write here to let you know that your crackers topped in such a pretty way and a perfect way for Mia to also enjoy this dish. Nice to make it work for you.

We really liked this – I think I may have veered off the recipe somewhere along the line :-)

I can’t wait to experiment with this flavored cheese in pizzas and pastas.

I think I’m in the minority, I didn’t find this one very exciting.

Exactly my kind of food. But it’s too easy for me to be lazy and just buy this one at the store.

Bringing up the rear here in CA – hi everybody! This herb cheese (with carrots) certainly enhanced my repentance for the chocolate banana tart of last week. I’m looking forward to trying Dorie’s salad dressing suggestion and using buttermilk to thin some of this cheese.

I have to say this wasn’t my favorite, but maybe tomorrow (actually, later today) the flavors will develop more. Or I need to add more garlic.

This one didn’t wow us – we felt like it didn’t have enough flavor. But I also write about the Double Chocolate and Banana Tart, which we loved!
