Corn pancakes are a favorite in my family. We call them corn fritters and have them all the time in the summer.
Hope you all made lovely breakfasts with this one!

Not a fan of this one. At least June was a consistent month for me. haha!
Have a great weekend & a safe holiday next week!
Pancakes are pancakes – these were good but not outstanding:
What’s not to love about corn pancakes? Happy 4th, everyone. Be safe.
Here’s mine! http://www.jemangelaville.com/2012/06/28/ffwd-corn-pancakes/
I liked them but I also cheated and used fresh corn (and basil).
Better than I expected: http://www.createamazingmeals.com/2012/06/grilled-sea-bass-peas-with-prosciutto.html
I loved them! But I had made them before…. :)
Loved these, unexpectedly!
Me too. I didn’t expect to even like them, but I loved them.
Happy 4th of July!
We adored these babies!!!
Very skeptical about canned corn…ended up loving the pancakes.
They were a great surprise. Loved them!
These just didn’t taste as good as my mom’s. Have a great weekend and 4th!
A big hit at our house!
Nope. Not so much.
Have a great weekend!!!
A hit in my house! We really enjoyed them…delicious!!
Not crazy about this one… :)
Why sometimes simple recipes need a bit of fancy treatment or why I do not want to bump into another Saint…
Yummy with sugar sprinkles…
I was pleasantly surprised http://joracooks.blogspot.com/2012/06/ffwd-corn-pancakes-more-catch-up.html
I kicked mine up a bit with garlic and shredded cheddar!
I’m actually on time this week!
Here is my first post with FFwD. I hope I did well!
My mum LOVED them!
Well, I made the pancakes though my mind was totally not in it.
Delicate, fresh and delicious!
My how we all enjoyed these – truly lovely. And the fact that they were so easy ? That will bring us back to this over and over again.
Tasty little treat.
Better late than never, right guys? There were some pressing matters to attend to though, like seeing Magic Mike! :)
For some reason my auto posts never work, I need to work on that. This was all done and ready for posting on Friday, but here it is, just a bit late.
This is super late and includes the next recipe also!
OK, I am super late, but enjoyed this one!
A post wherein I catch up on this recipe, among others: http://onewetfoot.com/2012/07/13/ffwd-a-big-ol-catch-up-post-seaweed-sables-corn-pancakes-ginger-pickled-cucumbers/
Anyone know what’s up with the lack of LYL’s the last two weeks?
Served them with yogurt and carrot jam as part of my catch up post:
