    Posted today after a long long break…hope to rev up the commitment and get back to it on weeks that it fits in with our likes (no longer have my teenage swimmer eating anything and everything not nailed down as he is off at college so we are in need of a little less by way of food around here these days).     I’ve always loved this sald, made Dorie’s version before but always “naked”. Added walnuts, raisins and parsley. Still loved it.
