This was a total failure, no fault of the recipe. I’ll try it again once i’m reunited with my trusty food processor.

Easy and tasty enough, but I’m not convinced it was worth the hunt for tahini.

I did hummus and caught up with the eggplant tartines a few weeks ago. Both were good, but the hummus wins extra points for being so incredibly easy.

I made it this week! I added carrots and Thai chili flakes to mine to give it a slight oomph.

Made mine a little different, I turned it into a hummus artichole spinach dip. It was very good. I thought Dorie’s recipe called for too much tahini for the amount of chick peas that are to be used.
