Also, the beef daube and the veal are tied – I say go for the harder sell to get it out of the way. :)
Even though I nominated the beef daube, I have to agree! The veal chops do sound delicious…
Sorry, didn’t see your suggestion until after I posted the schedule. So, we’re going with the daube.
Another thought… Could we have the appetizer-type items at the end of the month so they can be served at Thanksgiving for those of us who celebrate?
