I love the smell of baking thyme — this was delicious!
Mushroom and Shallot Quiche with Lamb´s Lettuce and a bit of White Truffle Olive Oil! Pure deliciousness!
I tried to leave acomment on your blog, but I had troubles (probably user error!). Your plating is beautiful! I also served a green salad … just seems to go with quiche, doesn’t it?

Finally … after all the wedding planning and lots of celebrating with our daughter and new son-in-law … I’m back to participating with you guys! I tried to keep up, but just couldn’t make it all happen! Quiche was a perfect recipe to come back with.
This is my favorite Dorie quiche so far!

I thought I got this up yesterday but just realized its not here. My ipad and I are still learning about one another!
I really didn’t want to make another quiche. Taking inspiration from the recipe, I made a Savoury Mushroom Shallot Bread Pudding instead. Much less fattening too!
Late late late. But it was worth it.
