So, this week I returned to last week’s recipe choice because, if you remember, I mistakenly made the Puffs last week. Admittedly, it’s great to make recipes “the week after”. I was able to read all the comments and suggestions before making my mousse and it helped tremendously. Here we go, everyone, the holidays……….

Hello everyone! I didn’t get a chance to make these this week, so I will have to do a catch-up sometime soon, but in the meantime, I wanted to remind everyone that I am hosting the first annual FFWD Christmas Card Exchange and there is still time to sign up if you are interested.
Everyone that has signed up so far is really excited and as I understand it, most of us are out Christmas card shopping already!!
Check the details out here (http://www.frenchfridayswithdorie.com/?p=1328), and if you have already signed up but havent emailed me your details yet, don’t forget to do it by Thanksgiving Day!
I can’t stop eating these things. Definitely a winner in this house!

I was too lazy to go to the store and get goat cheese. So…I improvised. ;-) http://www.jemangelaville.com/2012/11/15/ffwd-sriracha-cheddar-mini-puffs-instead-of-herbed-goat-cheese/
