LYL – HERBED OLIVES

I hope everyone who celebrated Thanksgiving yesterday  enjoyed this food-and-memory-making holiday.  Friends and family sitting around the table enjoying the earth’s abundance…….what a blessing.  The olive may be tiny but, with this week’s recipe, it made its presence known.  Leave your comments. I’m in Death Valley with my family for our annual week-end of eating and hiking and cannot post until Sunday. Enjoy the rest of the week-end.

I tried a couple yesterday and they were good – letting them sit a couple more days.

    Have a great weekend, all!

I hope those of you in the States are having a lovely long weekend. I’m about to settle in with these olives and a glass of wine, myself.

I made olives for Thanksgiving, but didn’t post them last Friday. Then my youngest got really sick and this week has been a bust! :) So finally, a week late, I offer my Herbed Olives post!
