December Schedule

Here’s the December recipe schedule. Hopefully our choices will add some new dishes to your holiday lineup.

Note that in order to balance the menu, we made some adjustments after the final voting. (Two soups were in the top 4, so we offer just one, selecting the most popular.)

December 14, 2012: chicken, apples and cream à la Normande (p.218)

December 21, 2012: cheez-it-ish crackers (p.10)

December 28, 2012: go-with-everything celery root puree (p.354)

    Sadly, I couldn’t “arrange” to bump the chicken liver up. We just need to keep trying!

    I’d be in favour of an ‘admin’s choice’ for January, to get a few challenging recipes out of the way. :)
