No beef cheeks, but still YUM!
LYL link was delayed this morning (I was cleaning the spatter off my stovetop). Kathy and Liz left links on P&Q post earlier, so I’m just copying them here so they are easy for you all to find. I don’t want you to miss anyone.

I’ve never been a fan of braised beef recipes, but this was great!

I think I could find beef cheeks around here, so long as I was persistent and planned ahead. I’ll try doing that for next time, because this dish is definitely going to be a go-to in this house!

Hurriances and Nor’Easters over… I’m back. Too many weird food experiences as a kid to venture into beef cheeks, used chunk and loved it!!!!!

It is recipes like this that makes me so glad we are an international group. Hopefully our overseas Doristas had better luck finding cheek!
