    I really enjoyed this soup.

I’m headed off to Philadelphia for a family weekend so might not have the technology to read posts until I get back. I’ll catch up as soon as I can. Have a great weekend, everyone!

This went over very well… considering I have a family of cauliflower haters. My secret ingredient: truffle oil.

I wouldn’t make the soup again. Mussels, however, are certainly more than welcome in my kitchen!

Although my cauliflower soup looks light pink on my Post (dsamn embarrassing, really), it’s a smooth and silky white. I like cauliflower and I liked this soup.

Here’s mine. Quite good! Especially with the garnishes…

Simple recipe for a very busy December. Delish and fun to garnish.

Surprisingly creamy, sans cream, but I will slip in a little next time. Used gremolata as a garnish (with lemon zest, fried parsley leaves and fried garlic chips). Also provided a link to photos from the winning “Camelot” gingerbread structure from this year’s Gingerbread City. She’s won it three years in a row and does amazing work.

Really enjoying receiving all your holiday cards – mine have been mailed!

I had leftover soup for lunch and its even better today! I have strong feelings for this soup:) Just had to tell you; I already left my link.

I had what was left of the soup for lunch the next day, and I totally agree – definitely better as leftovers!

It’s in the freezer and ready to be part of my cocktail party menu. Just pretty them up, shot glass style.

I couldn’t do the cauliflower guys…I’m sorry. I made the mini goat cheese puffs from a few weeks ago instead.

Late and still enjoying this soup. It’s not my favourite cauliflower soup, but it’s good.

Moi aussi! Sorry I’m late with this post — yummy soup, rich but virtuous. (Nice to have for lunch after my dinner of chicken, apples and cream the other night!!)

I adore cauliflower but there is that unfortunate side effect… I was finally able to get it posted though…haiku style, of course!
