January Recipe Schedule!

We know you all are crazy busy right now. To simplify, Laurie, Mary, and I made an executive decision on January’s recipes. We’ll get back to the usual nomination/voting cycle for February.

Here it is:

January 4, 2013: herb-speckled spaetzle (p372)

January 11, 2013: long and slow apples (p390)

January 18, 2013: chicken liver gateaux with pickled onions (p190)

January 25, 2013: shrimp and cellophone noodles (p322)

Enjoy the rest of your holiday season!

    Hurrah for executive decisions !!!

I am so behind this holiday season I was absolutely delighted to see that you made the selections for us- and awesome choices too. Clearly, the adventures will start in January with some of the choices…chicken liver, I am looking at you :)

Just got back from a month long vacation and today is my husband’s birthday, so I am looking forward to making my first FFWD recipe next week! Love Chicken Liver, but the Pickled Onion recipe sound intriguing!
