I thought that my son was going to lick his plate.
Loved the flavors, just need to work on my technique.

I think I had beginners luck…loved they way it turned out and I was able to slice it.

I thought this was OK, but my valentine didn’t like it (of course)… It was very pretty, in any case.
I loved this. I can’t believe I haven’t made this before now.
This inspired a story to long for haiku. I hate this dessert.
The jury is still out because we’ve yet to taste the real deal but I certainly have eaten many spoonfuls of batter and it’s delicious. The raspberry coulis (Dorie’s recipe) is perfect with it, don’t you think? I added so sugar (just framboise, of course).
Hoping your Valentine’s Day, worldwide, was special and that we also remember to salute some fine Presidents during this special holiday week-end in the USA).
As everyone knows, the French are a romantic people. So what better way to celebrate your loved ones then with this traditional French dessert.
This was our Valentine’s dessert, too. We thought it was very good!
