So good with a crispy prosciutto garnish!!!
taught me that edamame is delicious in place of peas and that I can use lettuce up in other soups!!
This was really good, even with lettuce…
Great soup(s) and a Barefoot Contessa adventure !
This was a visual hint of spring in a winter that doesn’t seem to want to leave.

It was a shocking experience… but I survived.
A lovely soup!
This was good!
Good hot or cold!
Definitely a success!

I was so very pleasantly surprised by this soup. Delicious and fresh.

A lovely, simple soup – and even better served with fresh home baked Cheese Bread!
A delicious soup. Was enjoyed by the family:)
I was very skeptical of the lettuce, but stuck w/Dorie. Loved it!
This was good and perfect for busy week night!
What a great soup! I was very surprised. I skipped the bacon and didn’t miss it.
