What did the devil make you do this week? Did everyone think this was a good recipe to start the month off with a bang? Anxious to read your responses.

It’s been a busy week and I thought this was a perfect recipe for a simply-made but delicious weeknight dinner.

We loved the devil at our house…I was actually surprised by how much everyone loved the mustard sauce for this chicken…a keeper!
I actually enjoyed the mustard sauce! Amazing!
We all loved the “Poulet à la diable” with homemade wholegrain mustard”!
This was a fantastic dish!
I served mine alongside some roasted tomatoes (so delicious! I included the recipe in the post) and a slice of bleu d’Auvergne, which really was a nice contrast to the smokiness of the dish.
A definite favorite!
This type of meal is standard fare around our house … of course, we loved it.
Did I make it? Did I make it? Is it still Friday? Just barely. It would be pretty sad if I missed this round seeing as I”ve made this about 10 times since first getting the book!
