I *loved* this recipe!! Especially the crispy cheese on top contrasted with the velvety custard.

“A winner”, as my mother would say!

A little lumpy – next time I will grate all the cheese – but delicious. It’s looks like we may have another winner here. Hooray March Recipes.

A little frightened of torching a dish after my shocking experience with the blender… but so glad we did… loved the crispy crust.

Found I had to tweak a few things and then deal with my impatience, but then it was awesome! http://www.jemangelaville.com/2013/03/08/ffwd-cheesy-creme-brulee/

Fabulous creamy, savory treat served with Cheesy Palmiers made with the same cheeses that I used for the custards – truly a nice and elegant appetizer!
