    This was fantastic.  I’m not a huge fan of the “natural lentil texture” but a run through the food mill had a beautifully pureed, smooth textured, delicious and fragrant soup.

    Quite different from the German “Linsensuppe”, a hearty soup that I usually pair with sausage and other pork – the kids and I had fun with this French version!
