    We have some good looking things left to make! It looks like you may have missed the Beef, veal, pork, and lamb chapter….

    Agree with Cher–when listed like that, it really doesn’t seem like we have all that many recipes to go! But then I start thinking about all the ones I’ve missed, and I realize just how much work I have to do to catch up. ha! It’ll keep me busy for a while.

    Thanks Mary, this was quite a big undertaking! Great job! I’m not sure, but have we made the Salmon Rillettes…I didn’t see them on either list.
