      I’m with Cher – I finally got my hands on a red kuri squash too and I can’t imagine making anything with it but this soup!

      The red kuri soup is so good – sooooooo good. I made it twice last year because I found the squash at the farmer’s market. Everyone should make it – it’s amazing!
