    This was odd. I think it needs cheese. Or some crunch. I found it a little stodgy. I reduced the recipe to make two smaller ones and am glad I didn’t make a whole one. Interested to see other people’s reactions!

    I would have loved this with some cheese and hot sauce :-)

    Granted, I did leave out the sweet part, so the onus is totally on me for not following the recipe. I think I would give this another shot with the prunes (unfortunately, I had just used up my stash to make lekvar for the TWD pumpernickel)

    I’m going to try it tomorrow with double prunes because I don’t really like raisins as an ingredient. I’m skeptical, but trying to stay open-minded.

    Excellent – as I was writing the post I thought cheese on TOP might be nice – give it some salt as well as some crunch…
