Ok, I’m a fan of “paté-like substances”, but I prefer to buy not make.

It actually wasn’t that bad to make (quick and easy) and at least I have a liver-lover at home here!

Apparently, I am going to be in the minority this week.

In my defense, liver and onions was one of those dishes that my parents wouldn’t let me leave the table until I finished eating as a child. Do you have any idea how bad cold fried liver and onions are? Just saying…

    I really liked this.

(and yes, I grew up having liver and onions too – maybe it was the bacon that went along with it :)? )

I liked it! Too bad no one else in my family will eat it… I also caught up on the caramel-almond custard tart!
