February 2014 Schedule

February might be a short month, but it looks like our choices will make sure it is full of flavor!

The week-by-week schedule is:

February 7, 2014: boeuf a la ficelle (p248)
February 14, 2014: helen’s all-white salad (p108)
February 21, 2014: butter and rum crepes (p411) — so you can make this for your Valentine, but have a buffer week to write it up for sharing
February 28, 2014: garbure from the supermarket (p86)

      If it takes two of you to create balance, then it does make one wonder who is on which side of the scale :-)

      Nice line up! Now I have to go learn what a “garbure” is – hopefully, it is more enticing than it sounds.

        If Mary and I make a balanced equation, it must mean my lights are off and I’m in charge of the brakes. That makes me sound like I’m on the wrong side of the scale. ;)
