    A “slightly” adapted version…

    I am glad it is Friday, but I am not glad about the fresh layer of snow that I found outside my doorstep this morning. I am ready to turn that corner into spring!!!!

    I loved this soup also. Just liked working with those spices. With the assistance of cookbook authors Dorie Greenspan and Brigit Binns and Chef Chad Colby, my French Fridays dinner this week turned into an unexpected feast.

    Betsy and Mardi, have fun tonight. You are so lucky to be meeting each other. I want a blow-by-blow.
