I’d made this cake a loooong time ago, and didn’t love it enough to make it again this week. I made up the Tuna-Packed Piquillo Peppers instead. Tuna will never be better than cake–any cake.
Plain can be so perfect sometimes.
It went over pretty well with the girls and it went down the hatch quickly! :)

I am in love with this cake! It was perfect! Plus I made the curry soup from last week
