I liked this fine, but I don’t think it will replace my usual tuna salad.
It’s been a great week and this simple paté and a bottle of wine wrapped it up perfectly.

Hi Everyone, I am honored to post Trevor’s Link today. For some reason, he cannot get into the LYL for Tuna Rillettes. He is thinking he’s been banned. Not so, I assure you! We’re getting it handled but, in the meantime……
