Salmon Rillettes are the final round in the AMFT rillette lineup. How did it come out? Which of the trio (salmon, tuna, or sardines) was your favorite rendition?

A twofer – salmon rillettes and leeks vinaigrette with mimosa:
We’re heading to Chicago tomorrow for a family wedding and a week of catching up with old friends. I can’t wait! In the meantime, the salmon rillettes were wonderful. I’ve loved them all.
I actually made these in April 2012 – but didn’t post them, just took photos and saved them! – when we made the first round of rillettes and was grateful for a break this week (from fish and from cooking).
I like the tuna rillettes a little more, but I think I figured out why.
Loved this!! I also caught up with the Piperade Stir Fry.
Another confetti dish:
My favorite rillettes!
Anything with salmon works for me. Loved this. Also posted Pipérade. That worked for me also. Been doing lots of cooking and baking – finally making my tiny kitchen work for me rather than “bitching” about it to all of you. (Sorry for that!)
One of my favorite appetizers from Dorie´s book yet!
Salmon Rillettes pleasantly surprised on how good! Didn’t expect to like so much!
I like better than the Tuna (which was good also)
Two down, one more to go to complete the Rillettes trio of Dorie’s
Late, but here!
OK, so there’s good news and bad news…. I made the wrong recipe originally (bad), but now next week’s post is done (good), then I forgot this at home, so no pictures of serving it (bad), but it’s delicious! (good). Oh well, that’s the way it goes sometime!!
Didn’t want to wait too long to catch up on this one – it sounded so good! And it was.
This salmon was my favorite of the Rillettes:
