    These were great, I made two half batches, one with Bac-Os (just for fun) and one with cashews — to make a couple of meat free versions. Loved the cooking method!

    I used haricots verts and Thomas Keller’s “big pot blanching” method for vividly colored and perfectly seasoned green beans. I also shared a few other links and a vegetable side I fell in love with in Las Vegas…Now, bring on those short ribs!

    My Pancetta Green Beans turned into Prosciutto Green Beans…probalby the most expensive green beans I’ve ever cooked…lol…but the prosciutto was oh so tasty!
