Rhubarb is my husband’s favorite. I am not a fan. So, he relies on my cousin to make him rhubarb custard pies.

    Hot AZ and rhubarb don’t mix…can’t grow here. I could not find any fresh…so I adjusted. But I do love rhubarb and wish I could use it often.

      Big J from me, you having your own personal rhubarb patch! Reminds me of my Grandma Kelly’s in Michigan when I was growing up. My favorite was the Greek yogurt idea. Mine was the honey and vanilla flavored. Yum!

      Me either, but a twitter friend turned the Roasted Rhubarb into Ketchup that I want to try. Maybe we will be converted!?

    Not a successful week for me. At first I thought I just didn’t like rhubarb, but upon further review I may have either undercooked it, or my rhubarb was old and dry. C’est la vie!

    Would you believe I couldn’t find any fresh rhubarb not even at the Farmer’s Market in our area. Oh well, inspired to plant my own for the future.

    A nice sweet-tart treat when served over coconut ice cream to cut through the zing! Rhubarb makes for good, colorful photos too!
