Just beets for me this time around, but I’ll definitely want to make this ‘the right way’ soon.

This one was really good. ALMOST as big a hit here as pickled red. Beets.

Very intriguing recipe name but the taste was just so so for me. Not terribly distinguished from many other beet salad recipes out there.

Well, I picked a serendipitous time to post 2 recipes together!

We loved the Beet Salad & I’ve already used the vinaigrette several more times.

I didn’t use the onions for this salad, but did follow this technique when I made a Greek Salad on the 4th of July & loved the results.

Two fantastic recipes & one fantastic meal – easy and beautiful!

Not my most favorite beet salad recipe, from a beet lover, but I’ve used the onion trick several times since last week…

I have never tasted such great vinaigrette before. Good for this beet root salad. Thumbs up and I shall make this again :)

Took a pass on beets and raw onions. So, I made Dorie’s tiramisu cake instead!

We were pleased and surprised with this delicious recipe. The meal was not finished without a few scars though. Which are healing nicely now (thanks for those well wishes). http://Www.apronthyme.blogspot.com

    I made it, but didn’t eat it. I know, I’m a baby.

We loved this dish! The flavors were wonderful. We were busy thinking of other ways to use the dressing. It was divine!
