    Very intriguing recipe name but the taste was just so so for me. Not terribly distinguished from many other beet salad recipes out there.

    Well, I picked a serendipitous time to post 2 recipes together!

    We loved the Beet Salad & I’ve already used the vinaigrette several more times.

    I didn’t use the onions for this salad, but did follow this technique when I made a Greek Salad on the 4th of July & loved the results.
