I have been looking forward to this one since FFwD started, and it did not disappoint!
I had to take a pass this week on the salmon, but I made Dorie’s brownies instead!
Now off to Cincinnati to spend some long over due quality time with my “big” brother :-) Have a great weekend all…
I wish I was brave enough to try this in a jar. My fish was not-so-fresh, though, and that was all the excuse I needed to follow the roasted bonne idee, which was a disaster. Can’t wait to see everyone else’s!

I love this simple yet beautifully flavored salmon appetizer :) I used rosemary instead of thymes and it turned out great :)

Does anyone know if this keeps longer than three days? I jarred mine on Sunday and still have quite a bit left. Wanted to share it with my sisters, but don’t want to kill them. It seems like the olive oil would preserve it for awhile. Any thoughts?

I’m a French Fridays with Dorie Failure! I promise that after the school year starts and I get my gorgeous son moved into his apartment for college, that I will be a bit more attentive to my own life! :) Isn’t that how it is?
My friend felt that presentation-wise, it wouldn’t work but he ate it all up as leftovers for a while. I read that Lizzy also kept her for a few days, so it seems like you should be fine.

Hi all, This was an easy receipe, but it took a number of days to get it together. After all it was done, I don’t like the salmon as much as I like the potatoes.
Overcame the fear but didn’t totally love it.
