I never thought I would see the day when I would feed my family potato chips for Sunday brunch :-)

Something that was different and fun to make! My potato chip flavor was Sweet Thai Chilli, it was superb!

Since I made the potato chip tortilla a couple weeks ago for Cook’s Choice, I chose to catch up with an old recipe this week, Speculoos cookies.

I switched it up and used sour cream & onion potato chips!

Trix is off enjoying her vacation so she asked me to post her link for her. Do check it out! She ‘trixified’ this dish and really enjoyed it!

Easy – and you know I love eggs.

    Here’s mine:

I thought it was pretty good (and fun to make)!

I temporarily skipped this week. Holiday gorging has gotten the better of me, and sticking chips in my eggs didn’t seem like a good idea right now. Excited to read everyone’s posts and raid them for great ideas, assuming I ever pull my face out of the gingerbread trough.

Not bad, but do I really need potato chips in my tortilla? Just asking…

  14. franklyentertaining December 16, 2011 at 11:53 AM #

I loved how quick and easy this one was!

Didn’t love or hate this one, just indifferent. Maybe I’m still recovering from surgery and have lost my tastebuds. Hope it’s not a permanent situation as it appears everyone else really enjoyed this dish. Guess I should give it another try.

    Not our favorite Dorie recipe.

Made the potato chip tortilla(My husband loved it!) and served it with a green salad but haven’t had time to post it on my blog so I’m going to share my catch up FFWD post for speculoos which is such a good cookie recipe for the Christmas holidays, I will make both recipes again;-)

Me too, again, with the tardy blogging. This tortilla was just okay. I used the kettle-style chips hubby brought home, not sure if it had an effect. Fun to make, for sure!

This was interesting and fun. Not my favorite way to have a toritilla but it was a good recipe to get back into cooking with ffwd again.

I was not a fan of this one, but it was so easy to make I’ll give it a try with some changes. Maybe that’s why it took me so long to post!

Very late to the party this time!
