    These were wonderful hot out of the oven. A few hours later…not as great. I look forward into turning them into some sort of breakfast.

    This brioche is so delicious that I do not need to go Paris or any French boulangeries to savor them…I can now find them in my kitchen :) Thanks to Dorie for sharing with us such a wonderful brioche recipe in her book – Around My French Table.

    I have a feeling that this will fall into that category of foods which I am happy to have tried once and will from now on be leaving to the professionals. Kind of like mayonnaise and fresh pasta. But I am looking forward to figuring what to do with my leftover dough.

    These brioches were heavenly, we all loved them! I made mine with 4 ‘bubbles’ instead of the prescribed 3…I really didn’t know what I was trying to achieve. 2012 madness, it all begins here!

    Really enjoyed these and will be making again this weekend! Also, just got back from a little excursion to Las Vegas and had some great culinary inspiration from our dining experiences that I can’t wait to try at home and share.
