Happy Friday! Stay warm.
Love love love.
As usual you pulled out a duet of successes. NIce blog!
This was so good!
Fun to make and tasty to eat!
These were so yummy, I made minis and more of a tart version.
I have managed to figure out my commenting problems with most of the blogs, but some reason I continue to have trouble posting a comment on your blog. Just wanted to say that your little tartlets are too cute and look like they would be right at home served on a silver tray at a fancy cocktail party.
I feel bad – because I am having the same problem commenting, no matter which browser or operating system or internet setting I use, your particular blogspot blog won’t allow me to sign in and won’t recognize my Open ID. I even tried to do it from Google to no avail. :-( so here it is: “great idea to just make tartlett appetizers with out the eggs and cream. The combination of gorgonzola and fruit is unbeatable, and as a person who didn’t appreciate blue cheese until later in life, there’s hope for kids who don’t like it!”
Me too. For several weeks in a row…I think the three of us all use WordPress. I wanted to say:
These tarts are so cute. Love the size and the shape. I think the flavor combo is so interesting that I can imagine these tasting delicious the way you made them, without the custard. And honey on top, brilliant. Excellent job!
Loved the flavors. http://wp.me/p1Juyy-7H
Very tasty and easy to make!
Apple Goat Cheese Quiche with Leeks here in individual 3″ tartlet. Plus an exciting announcement of why I didn’t eat any:
Real men make quiche: http://dammititsfrench.blogspot.com/2012/01/french-fridays-gorgonzola-apple-quiche.html
We loved this one!
I renamed this one “Midnight Quiche”
With better planning, I will make it again – on a weekend ;-)
You made me laugh! :) My timing was a bit off too — just warming up a well traveled slice as I type this.
Mine came out lovely…but I won’t be tasting it till tonight! Here’s hoping!
I couldn’t love this any more than I already do. YUUUUM.
My favorite quiche recipe yet.
Loved this one, even with the stinky cheese, which made my daughter hold her nose and complain. She has time to change her mind about stinky cheese — I did!
Good, but I needed more Gorgonzola!!!
Definitely a pleasant surprise. I had doubts going in.
Not brave enough here for apples and eggs :-) We strayed a few pages over here.
Loved this! Can’t wait to make again! Looking forward to reading everyone’s posts over the weekend!
Delicious. Hope to find a leftover slice for my lunch…it is even better than I thought if would be.
In the end… delicious.
I did a rewind this week … the cauliflower gratin. Excited to see everyone’s reviews of the quiche!
There’s nothing about this delicious quiche that a chilled bottle of Vodka can’t help. Roll on……………….
I’m so excited that I get to eat my leftovers for lunch! http://joracooks.blogspot.com/2012/02/ffwd-gorgonzola-apple-quiche.html
have to confess it’s baked but waiting for dinner!
We had it for dinner tonight and will also make it again – but do need to make a couple of changes.
Perfect lunch dish!
I liked it!
Finally got there in the end and enjoyed this one!
This was delicious, and different from your every day:
Loved the tart shell. Great recipe. http://tsimmisthyme.wordpress.com/2012/01/04/ffwd-gorgonzola-apple/
Good grief! I promised myself I was going to get this right this week.
Another hit with all! Even my 18 month old granddaughter is eating it!
Ah, just getting to this right now (posting my link). Not sure what I have been doing all day – I totally forgot!
It’s so good to be back baking with the group!
Made in California, enjoyed in Montana:
Seriously yummy! The leftovers have been awesome too!
Liked the dough, not so much the filling… I like some of the variations tried by some of you like mushrooms and goat cheese!
Gorgonzola dolce…do we need to say anything else… ~Yum!
Better Saturday than never! I hope you have a great French weekend.
Here’s the link to yesterday’s post – heaving on photos, light on text, this week!
A quiche recipe? Really? Well my “real man” ate it anyway. It’s a winner!
I love this dough! I can’t wait to make it again
Gorgonzola apple tart was a hit around our table!
I love quiche and this one was no exception… done… http://www.chefleann.com/2012/02/french-fridays-gorgonzola-apple-quiche.html
I am late this week! :(
But, I used a whole wheat crust for my quiche which turned out pretty well: http://www.jemangelaville.com/2012/02/05/ffwd-apple-feta-baby-kale-quiche/
This was my Sunday Super Bowl party offering. It was scrumptious & very much enjoyed.
A week late… but it’s up! Quiche Lorraine!
